Lipoic acid is an organosulfur compound derived from caprylic acid and has several essential roles in our metabolism. In topical application, it has anti-inflammatory potential for the treatment of photoaging. In turn, Coenzyme Q10, another essential compound for our metabolism, has preventive action against oxidative damage that is caused by exposure to solar radiation. This ingredient reinforces the fight against natural oxidative stress and also acts on cell renewal.

The Nano Energize Solution integrates these two substances into a single nanoparticle. Together, they promote increased cellular energy, contribute to skin lightening, protect from the effects of photoaging and have anti-inflamatory action. The delivery of the two actives in combination in the layers of the skin where they are most in demand results in a synergistic effect in promoting cell renewal. The nanoparticle remains adhered for longer in the skin, in addition to presenting deep permeation, enzymatic release in two stages – differential characteristic of Nano Solutions technology, and protection against the degradation of actives. These exceptional characteristics conferred by nanotechnology guarantee an even better protective and damage prevention function compared to the free form of the ingredients.
